Shop-house is designed to accommodate both dwelling and business unit needs. This type of architecture could be found almost at every emerging city in Indonesia. These buildings are typically characterized with rectangular form with its narrow front size and has three floor levels. Royal Sumatra CityWalk immersive experience. We were create a unique, multipurpose destination as part of Royal Sumatra’s vision for a wider masterplan. This CityWalk had to meet the diverse needs of residents and non-residents, and provide a dynamic activities, events, gathering, and a series unique spaces for dining and leisure.
Through detailed concept, a common visual language, and culturally relevancy design, we created a modern, open-air destination that responds to the surrounding housing clusters, trees, and lakes.
City Walk offers a vibrant blend of shopping, dining, entertainment, hospitality, and wellness options, making it both a weekend hotspot for Royal Sumatra’s residents and non-residents to stay, meet, socialize, shop, dine, and spend quality time in serene, sophisticated surroundings. As a contemporary hospitality destination, Royal Sumatra City Walk offers a unique community living experience like no other.
